Ananta Burin Resort, Ao Nang

I had a not-so-great experience at this resort. The old building was not what I had hoped for, especially since I booked a deluxe pool view room and ended up in an outdated section. The staff was not particularly accommodating, and it felt like they were more interested in making money than resolving issues. However, I did hear some good things about the newer building and facilities from other guests.

We had a fantastic experience at Ananta Burin Resort in Krabi. The kids absolutely loved the family-friendly atmosphere, especially the pools with slides! The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach or to enjoy local markets. However, the outdoor massage area was a bit lacking in privacy and the non-smoking situation could use improvement. Overall, it's a value-for-money option for families.

I had high hopes for my stay, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The area around the hotel had a persistent unpleasant smell, which really affected the experience. While the room was decent, the service left a lot to be desired, with staff seeming rather indifferent. On a positive note, the hotel is close to shops and eateries, making it convenient for exploring the local area.

The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with friendly staff and clean facilities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the two fantastic pools, one featuring slides. However, Wi-Fi reception varies significantly depending on the room, and that's a bit inconvenient. Meals include a diverse breakfast buffet, but there could be improvements in other dining options.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The family suite was spacious and clean, perfect for our needs. The pool facilities were fantastic, especially for kids, and the staff went above and beyond to help us during our visit. Although there were some minor maintenance issues, overall it felt like good value for the price, particularly for families.
