The hotel had a good location. It was nice that shops and local restaurants were very central. I liked that breakfast was a good choice of food.

The hotel staff are not very friendly. I thought the hotel reception staffs was rude. Towels looked old. They looked like they had been used a long time.

Really good Stay, A Family Paradise!

The hotel provides pool shoes , an amenity i found useful, furthermore towels and umbrellas were readily available. My family enjoyed the large main pool that allowed for relaxation. The kids particularly enjoyed the slides at the children's pool. It was a high point of our stay.

The rooms are somewhat far from the main entrance, which posed a small inconvenience, ESPECIALLY when carrying luggage or groceries. This minor issue did not detract significantly from the overall experience, however I would prefer rooms located closer to the entrance.

Two distinct pool areas cater to different preferences, one designed for active fun with slides, the other offering a quieter atmosphere. There is also a kids corner offering various crafts, a great way for children to explore their creativity. The fitness center had all the equipment that i needed.

The staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness and attentiveness, and they provided bottled water, always appreciated. I found all the staff very responsive, particularly at reception where there were always cute smiles, even at peak times. i had a GREAT impression.

Our room was very spacious and well equipped, and i found it maintained to a HIGH standard of cleanliness. The modern bathroom was particularly excellent, as it had adequate space for toiletries. The bed was large and comfortable.

the pool was excellent with dedicated areas for relaxation and slides. my room was large and clean (i especially liked the balcony with morning sun).

the hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist areas. i think adding a regular shuttle service could enhance convenience.
