the hotel breakfast was tasty i found a spot each time. the pools are great my kids especially liked the one with slides. the staff were friendly and helpful they quickly cleared tables for our group.

I was greeted with refreshing grape juice upon arrival! the staff was very polite at the reception and also at the pools. we accessed a relaxing pool directly from our balcony. It was the best thing. we loved the location. The hotel is within walking distance to the night markets.

The hotel is near many attractions! the hotel is conveniently located close to the longtail boats to railay beach. there are also many good restaurants and the fascinating landmark night market nearby. It's a superb location.

I appreciated the breakfast setup , located within the hotel yet offering open access to the street. The chef prepared eggs to order. The selection was simple , BUT adequate. The location is close to the beach, in a quieter part of the area.
the front desk staff demonstrated horrid customer service. They did not answer calls at night and there was no notification about this. I requested a late checkout , and i received three different responses with varying charges. The staff needs customer service training.

The hotel had a good location. It was nice that shops and local restaurants were very central. I liked that breakfast was a good choice of food.
The hotel staff are not very friendly. I thought the hotel reception staffs was rude. Towels looked old. They looked like they had been used a long time.

Really good Stay, A Family Paradise!

The hotel provides pool shoes , an amenity i found useful, furthermore towels and umbrellas were readily available. My family enjoyed the large main pool that allowed for relaxation. The kids particularly enjoyed the slides at the children's pool. It was a high point of our stay.
The rooms are somewhat far from the main entrance, which posed a small inconvenience, ESPECIALLY when carrying luggage or groceries. This minor issue did not detract significantly from the overall experience, however I would prefer rooms located closer to the entrance.

Two distinct pool areas cater to different preferences, one designed for active fun with slides, the other offering a quieter atmosphere. There is also a kids corner offering various crafts, a great way for children to explore their creativity. The fitness center had all the equipment that i needed.

The staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness and attentiveness, and they provided bottled water, always appreciated. I found all the staff very responsive, particularly at reception where there were always cute smiles, even at peak times. i had a GREAT impression.

Our room was very spacious and well equipped, and i found it maintained to a HIGH standard of cleanliness. The modern bathroom was particularly excellent, as it had adequate space for toiletries. The bed was large and comfortable.

the pool was excellent with dedicated areas for relaxation and slides. my room was large and clean (i especially liked the balcony with morning sun).
the hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist areas. i think adding a regular shuttle service could enhance convenience.
